|
|
|
Jamshedpur, Feb. 27: The board examinations are round the corner and suicide prevention centre Jeevan has started thinking about stress-busters that would help students. The exams are scheduled to begin on March 1 — for ICSE, ISC. “There are several significant problem areas that ought to be addressed at the earliest. When such cases are not taken care, a lot of adverse effects are felt,” said Mahavir Ram, the director of Jeevan. While experts prescribe that students be kept absolutely stress free during the exam period, last-minute studies and revisions tend to put pressure on students. Most of the pressure is felt during this last stage. A word of caution has also come from the experts: children should never be burdened with the expectations of their parents.
