It was established on 1st July 1983. It works for the development of the Rajasthani language, literature, and culture and for the unity and integrity of nation. Shree Manohar Lal Goyal, Mittal Chimon Lal Bhalotiya, Ratanlal Balotia Sitaram, Kamal Prasad Tatia, Rugtas Ramavtar Sharma, Babulal are some of the active men contributing to the Samaj in its social and cultural activities. They also run Rajasthani Vidhya Mandir High School and have a Rajasthani Maitri Sang Mahila Sang at Jugsalai area. Rajasthan yuva sang is engaged in social and cultural activities at Jamshedpur.
Jaspal Sing : Why blame our politicians? Let us blame ourselves for the situation we find ourselves in.
If we want this state of affairs to change, then that change has to first happen to ourselves; that change has to first happen within ourselves.
The politician understands only one language - that of the ballot. He knows who will vote and who will not.
Jaspal Sing : Why blame the politicians for what happened in Mumbai? Why blame them for continued inaction?
They are doing only what it takes to get themselves re-elected.
The fact is that most of us - the educated elite and the educated middle class - do not vote, or vote on the basis of religion and caste. So we get what we voted for - no action on things that matter to us or decisions based on religion and caste and not security, facilities or the rule of law.

Rajdeep is quite obviously the best candidate for Indian Idol. This opinion is shared by the judges unanimously too.
Yet, he being from Jamshedpur, is unable to garner sufficient votes. It was terrible when he was bracketed in the bottom six owing to scarcity of votes. It would be absolutely tragic if he were to be eliminated altogether.
Now that the competition gets stiffer, he needs all our support to buttress his talent and single-minded hard work.
